摘要
目的:探讨全自动血培养仪在血液、无菌体液培养阳性中所起到的作用。方法:基于特定时间(2020年7月~2021年7月)及固定范围内(本院),收集血液、无菌体液标本2590份,采用全自动血培养仪进行培养,用自动细菌鉴定仪进行鉴定。结果:在所选取的血液、无菌体液标本当中,检出264份阳性标本(10.2%),假阳性率为0.15%;在264份病原菌当中,2.7h为其最快检出时间,12h、24h、48h、72h内检出占比分别为26.9%、51.1%、86.0%、95.8%;厌氧瓶先报警、需氧瓶后报警,需氧瓶先报警、厌氧瓶后报警的样本所占比重分别为40.5%、34.5%,需氧瓶先报警、但厌氧瓶不报警占11.8%。结论:全自动血培养仪具有灵敏度高、操作简便等优点,不仅能促进细菌检出种类、阳性率的提升,而且检出更准确、速度更快,能够为患者诊治争取宝贵时间。
Objective:To explore the role of automatic blood culture instrument in the positive culture of blood and sterile body fluid.Methods:Based on the specific time(July 2020 to July 2021)and within the fixed range(our hospital),2590 blood and sterile body fluid samples were collected,cultured with automatic blood culture instrument and identified with automatic bacterial identification instrument.Results:Among the selected blood and sterile body fluid samples,264 positive samples(10.2%)were detected,and the false positive rate was 0.15%;Among 264 pathogens,2.7h was the fastest detection time,and the detection rates within 12h,24h,48h and 72h were 26.9%,51.1%,86.0%and 95.8%respectively;The proportion of samples with anaerobic bottle giving an alarm first and anaerobic bottle giving an alarm later is 40.5%and 34.5%respectively.The proportion of samples with aerobic bottle giving an alarm first but anaerobic bottle not giving an alarm accounts for 11.8%.Conclusion:The automatic blood culture instrument has the advantages of high sensitivity and simple operation.It can not only promote the improvement of bacterial detection types and positive rate,but also detect more accurately and faster,and can win valuable time for patient diagnosis and treatment.
