摘要
目的:分析在实施糖尿病患者血糖监测的过程中辅理善瞬感扫描式血糖仪的临床应用效果。方法:本次实验研究将2019年7月~2021年7月在本院接受治疗的糖尿病患者50例作为研究对象,根据掷硬币法将患者分为人数相同的两组,其中运用辅理善瞬感扫描式血糖仪实施血糖监测的25例患者作为实验组,采用常规血糖监测方法开展血糖监测的25例患者作为对比组。对比实验组与对比组患者的血糖监测依从性、血糖监测舒适度以及低血糖发生率,以供对比分析。结果:与对比组患者相比,实验组患者血糖监测依从性明显较高,P<0.05。统计学分析两组患者舒适度后可知,实验组患者明显高于对比组患者,P<0.05。实验组患者低血糖发生率与对比组患者相比明显较低,P<0.05。结论:相比于应用常规血糖监测方法来说,应用辅理善瞬感扫描式血糖仪能够有效提升患者的检测依从性,并且使用舒适度较高,可以很好地达到降低患者低血糖发生率的目的,所以,在糖尿病患者血糖监测的过程中辅理善瞬感扫描式血糖仪的应用获得了较为理想的效果。
Objective:To analyze the clinical application effect of fulishan transient scanning glucose meter in the process of diabetic blood glucose monitoring.Methods:In this experimental study,50 patients with diabetes who received treatment in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the coin toss method,the patients were divided into two groups with the same number of people.Among them,25 patients with blood glucose monitoring by using fulishan transient scanning glucose meter were selected as the experimental group.25 patients who were monitored by routine blood glucose monitoring methods were used as the control group.Blood glucose monitoring compliance,comfort level of blood glucose monitoring and incidence of hypoglycemia were compared between the experimental group and the control group for comparative analysis.Results:Compared with the control group,the compliance of blood glucose monitoring in experimental group was significantly higher,P<0.05.Statistical analysis of comfort level between the two groups showed that the experimental group was significantly higher than the comparison group(P<0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemia in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Compared to the conventional blood sugar monitoring method,the application of auxiliary good transient feeling scanning glucose meter can effectively improve patient compliance,and the use of comfort is higher,can be very good to reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia in patients with so in patients with diabetes blood sugar monitoring in the process of auxiliary good transient feeling scanning glucose meter applied to obtain the ideal effect.
