摘要
针对不锈钢导管高频感应钎焊钎角裂纹故障进行断口形貌分析,根据导管实物布局和安装尺寸,搭建导管试验台,开展导管受力试验,验证外力作用下导管管体及钎角的外观形貌。按设置的振动功能试验载荷谱,对导管试验件沿X、Y、Z轴向进行模拟振动试验,分析试验数据,得出振动环境下导管裂纹多源起始于焊接疏松区域,钎角部位受外力损伤后会缩短导管寿命。针对导管钎焊钎角裂纹的影响因素,制定修理改进措施,以提高导管的使用可靠性。
In view of the crack failure of high-frequency induction brazing Angle of stainless steel pipe, the fracture morphology was analyzed. According to the physical layout and installation size of the pipe, a pipe test bench was built and the pipe force test was carried out to verify the appearance of the pipe body and the brazing angle under the action of external force. According to the set vibration function test load spectrum, the pipe test parts were simulated along X, Y and Z axes, and the test data were analyzed.It was concluded that the pipe cracks in vibration environment originated from the loose welding area, and the service life of the pipe would be reduced after the damage of the brazing Angle by external force. In view of the influencing factors of brazing Angle crack, the repair and improvement measures are put forward to improve the reliability of brazing pipe.
