摘要
基于新发展理念视角构建中国农村高质量发展评价指标体系,运用熵值法、Dagum基尼系数和核密度估计分析2014—2020年中国农村高质量发展的区域差异、差异来源及其动态演进规律。研究发现:(1)中国农村高质量发展水平稳步增长,其增长主要得益于农村创新发展和绿色发展,而受制于开放发展、协调发展和共享发展。其空间格局呈现出东部地区高速发展、中部地区发展“塌陷”和西部地区快速追赶态势。(2)农村高质量发展的区域差异主要源于区域间差异,但区域间差异的贡献率呈下降趋势,区域内差异和超变密度的贡献率有所上升。具体来看,区域间差异主要源于中西部与东部的差异,区域内差异主要源于居高不下的东部地区内部差异。(3)核密度估计显示,全国及东中西三大区域的农村高质量发展水平不断提升,东部、中部和西部地区农村高质量发展的离散程度有所扩大,多极分化特征持续显现。
Based on the perspective of new development concepts,an evaluation index system for high-quality rural development in China was constructed,the entropy method,DagumGini coefficient and kernel density estimation were used to analyze the regional differences,sources of differences and dynamic evolution law of high-quality rural development in China from 2014 to 2020.The results show that:(1)the level of high-quality rural development has increased steadily.Its spatial pattern shows the rapid development of the eastern region,the“collapse”of development in the central region,and the rapid catch-up of the western region.(2)The regional differences in high-quality rural development in China is mainly due to the difference between regions,but the contribution rate of the difference between the regions shows a downward trend,and the contribution rate of the difference within the region and the hypervariable density has increased.Specifically,the inter-regional differences are mainly due to the differences between the Central-West and the East,and the intra-regional differences are mainly due to the internal differences in the eastern region,which remains high.(3)The kernel density estimation shows that the high-quality rural development level of the whole country and the three major regions of the east,the middle and the west continues to improve.The dispersion degree of high-quality rural development in the eastern,central and western regions has expanded,and the multi-polarization characteristics have continued to emerge.
