10 kV线路穿刺型避雷器安装配置实验与仿真研究 被引量:2

摘要 穿刺型避雷器是目前10 kV架空线路使用数量最多类型的避雷器,合理的安装位置及安装密度直接影响线路的防雷效果,为此通过实验及仿真研究穿刺型避雷器的最优安装配置方式。结合P-15针式、PS-20柱式两种典型10 kV线路绝缘子,开展了雷电冲击放电实验工作,研究安装位置对放电路径的影响效果;基于ATP-EMTP软件建立了感应雷过电压计算模型,分析了不同避雷器安装密度下的感应雷耐雷水平变化情况。研究结果表明,避雷器的穿刺电极中轴线到绝缘子中轴线的距离不得低于300 mm,对应的避雷器外串联空气间隙宜调整为120 mm。建议在安装避雷器的同时将绝缘子更换为PS-20柱式绝缘子,安装密度以隔基安装三相为宜。云南实际线路运行效果也验证了仿真结论,通过上述原则改造后的线路实际雷击跳闸率下降75%左右。研究成果对提高10 kV架空线路防雷水平、提高供电质量具有实际意义。 Piercing arrester is the most used type of lightning arrester for 10 kV overhead lines.The reasonable installation location and installation density directly affect the lightning protection effect of the line.Therefore,this paper studies the optimal installation and configuration of the piercing arrester through experiments and simulation.Combined with P-15 pin type and PS-20 post type two typical 10 kV line insulators,lightning impulse discharge experiment was carried out to study the effect of installation position on discharge path.Based on ATP-EMTP software,the calculation model of induced lightning overvoltage is established,and the variation of lightning withstand level under different installation densities of lightning arresters is analyzed.The results show that the distance between the central axis of the piercing electrode and the central axis of the insulator should not be less than 300 mm,and the air gap in series outside the arrester should be adjusted to 120 mm.It is suggested that the insulator should be replaced with PS-20 post insulator while installing arrester,and the installation density should be separate one base pole.
