摘要
提出了基于双限流型变换器的超低温工作的大功率爆闪灯的设计方法,可工作在交流190V~250V范围,温度在-50℃~85℃的超低温下工作,由于采用双限流方式的BUCK型变换器,可自动调节储能电容的充电速率,从而克服频闪管的“拉弧”现象,提高电感的利用率,可释放出21J的大功率能量。因此这种爆闪灯可用于超低温环境下大功率工作的场合,从而拓宽产品市场,提高企业的竞争能力。
A design method of high-power flash lamp based on double-limiting-current converter is presented,which can be operated in the range of 190V~250V AC and at the temperature of-50℃~85℃,the charging rate of the energy storage capacitor can be adjusted automatically to overcome the“Arcing”phenomenon of the stroboscopic Tube,improve the utilization ratio of the inductor,and release 21J highpower energy.Therefore,the flash lamp can be used in the ultra-low temperature environment for highpower work,thereby expanding the product market and improving the competitiveness of enterprises.
