摘要
目的:分析食管癌放疗患者发生放射性食管炎(RE)的影响因素。方法:回顾性分析2019年3月至2020年3月该院收治的126例食管癌患者的临床资料,采用Logistic回归分析食管癌放疗患者发生RE的影响因素。结果:126例食管癌患者中,放疗后25例发生RE,占19.84%;单因素分析结果显示,发生RE组性别、年龄、病理类型、病灶部位与未发生RE组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);发生RE组合并高血压、合并糖尿病、放疗剂量≥40 Gy、出现放疗并发症占比均高于未RE发生组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析结果显示,合并高血压、合并糖尿病、放疗剂量≥40 Gy、出现放疗并发症均为影响食管癌放疗患者发生RE的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:合并高血压、合并糖尿病、放疗剂量≥40 Gy、出现放疗并发症均为影响食管癌放疗患者发生RE的危险因素。
Objective: To analyze influencing factors of radiation esophagitis(RE) in patients with esophageal cancer undergoing radiotherapy. Methods: The clinical data of 126 patients with esophageal cancer admitted to the hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of RE in these patients with esophageal cancer undergoing radiotherapy. Results: Of the 126 patients with esophageal cancer, 25 had RE after radiotherapy, accounting for 19.84%. Univariate analysis showed that there were no significant differences in gender, age, pathological type and lesion location between the RE group and the non-RE group(P>0.05).The proportions of combined hypertension and diabetes, radiotherapy dose ≥ 40 Gy and radiotherapy complications in the RE group were higher than those in the non-RE group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that hypertension,diabetes, radiation dose ≥ 40 Gy and radiotherapy complications were independent risk factors for RE in the patients with esophageal cancer undergoing radiotherapy(P<0.05). Conclusions: Combined hypertension and diabetes, radiation dose ≥ 40 Gy and radiotherapy complications are the independent risk factors for RE in the patients with esophageal cancer undergoing radiotherapy.
