摘要
煤炭工业建(构)筑物根据所属工艺系统破坏后可能产生的后果,将其提升系统、为井下通风、供配电、给排水、通信系统、矿山救护及消防系统的结构安全等级定为一级,抗震设防类别为重点设防乙类。这类建筑在地震时使用功能不能中断或需尽快恢复,从计算和构造上比标准设防类提出更高的要求。文中根据现行规范要求、结合煤炭工业地面建筑的特点、总结设计经验,对规模小而重点设防的煤炭工业地面建筑进行分析,对其结构设计、结构布置、结构计算、构造要求、地基基础等内容进行阐述,总结得出在满足规范的要求下,可以进行更加合理的设计,为相似类型的工业建筑设计提供参考。
According to the possible consequences after the destruction of the process system, the lifting system, underground ventilation, power supply and distribution, water supply and drainage, communication system and mine rescue and fire protection system of coal industry buildings(structures)are of the first level of structural safety, and the seismic fortification category is of the key type B.Such buildings can not be interrupted or restored as soon as possible during earthquakes, which requires higher requirements than standard fortification in terms of calculation and structure.According to the requirements of current specifications, combined with the characteristics of coal industry ground buildings and summarizing design experience, this paper analyses small-scale and key-fortified coal industry ground buildings and elaborates on their structural design, structural arrangement, structural calculation, structural requirements, foundation and so on.It is concluded that more reasonable design can be carried out when meeting the requirements of specifications, which can provide reference for similar types of industrial building design.
