摘要 为了提高井工矿井以带式输送机为主要运输系统的开机率,在保证系统运行可靠性的同时,缩短开机时间,减少主运系统空转时间,减少能源浪费,提高设备整体运行效率。在“逆煤流起车”的方式上,根据矿井的实际条件,改变、优化起车方式,采取必要的安全技术措施、调整部分设备通信设施、设置集中监控、实现胶带机自动调速等方式。验证结果表明,采取分段起车、改变预警方式等方法,可以优化矿井以带式输送机为主要运输系统的起车方式的可实施性和有效性。 In order to improve the start-up rate of belt conveyor as the main transportation system in underground mine, while ensuring the reliability of the system, shorten the start-up time, reduce the idling time of the main transportation system, reduce energy waste, and improve the overall operation efficiency of the equipment.In the way of “reverse coal flow start-up”,according to the actual conditions of the mine, Change and optimize the starting mode, take necessary safety technical measures, adjust some equipment communication facilities, set up centralized monitoring, realize automatic speed regulation of belt conveyor, etc.The verification results show that the optimization of starting mode with belt conveyor as the main transportation system in mine can be implemented and validated by adopting the methods of segment starting and changing the early warning mode.
