摘要
机械设备是支撑冶金工程顺利开展的必要条件,对冶金工程经济效益提高有着极大的影响,保证机械设备正常稳定运行非常重要。鉴于机械设备运行环境复杂性,极易受到外界因素干扰,导致设备故障问题发生,为有效规避此方面情况出现,应重视与加强机械设备安全管理。基于此,本文对冶金工程机械设备安全管理必要性进行分析,提出合理选择机械设备、提升机械设备安装管控重视程度等举措,实现进一步提高冶金机械设备安全管理水平。
Mechanical equipment is a necessary condition to support the smooth development of metallurgical engineering,which has a great impact on the improvement of economic benefits of metallurgical engineering.It is very important to ensure the normal and stable operation of mechanical equipment.In view of the complexity of the operating environment of mechanical equipment,it is very easy to be interfered by external factors,resulting in equipment failures.In order to effectively avoid this situation,attention should be paid to and strengthen the safety management of mechanical equipment.Based on this,this paper analyzes the necessity of safety management of metallurgical engineering machinery and equipment,and proposes measures such as reasonable selection of machinery and equipment,promotion of attention to mechanical equipment installation and control,so as to further improve the level of safety management of metallurgical machinery and equipment.
