摘要
建设高标准农田是党中央、国务院作出的重大决策部署,对改善农业生产条件、生态环境,保障粮食安全具有重要作用。该文从实际出发,分析榆林市在土壤资源、光照资源、耕地后备资源、群众配合程度和推进措施等五个方面建设高标准农田的有利因素,并就榆林市进一步推进高标准农田建设提出自己的建议,为榆林市乃至其他地区高标准农田建设的发展提供理论参考。
The construction of high-standard farmland is a major decision made by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council,which plays an important role in improving agricultural production conditions,ecological environment and ensuring food security.Based on examples,this paper analyzes the favorable factors for the construction of high-standard farmland in Yulin City in the following five aspects,soil resources,light resources,cultivated land reserve resources,mass cooperation and promotion measures.It also puts forward its own suggestions for further promoting the construction of high-standard farmland in Yulin City,so as to provide theoretical reference for the development of high-standard farmland construction in Yulin City and even other areas.
