摘要
随着经济全球化的深入发展,各国之间的交易往来更加频繁,为促进中国和世界各国之间的友好合作,不断壮大国际贸易的发展规模,我国提出“一带一路”倡议,这为我国参与国际投资与各国之间的经济往来提供了基础,但相应也出现许多矛盾与争议。本文通过阐述国际贸易争端解决机制的必要性与可行性,分析了国际贸易争端解决机制的现状及存在问题,提出了完善“一带一路”倡议下国际贸易争端解决机制的具体途径。
With the advancement of economic globalization,transactions between countries have become increasingly frequent.In order to promote friendly cooperation between China and countries around the world,and to expand the scale of international trade,the“Belt and Road”initiative was proposed,which provides the basis for China’s participation in international investment and economic exchanges between countries,but many conflicts and disputes have also emerged.This paper aims to expound the necessity and feasibility of establishing an international trade dispute settlement mechanism through analyzing its current status and problems,and propose suggestions to perfect the mechanism under the“Belt and Road”initiative.
