血清γ-谷氨酰基转移酶水平对预测冠心病患者冠状动脉病变程度的价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究血清γ-谷氨酰基转移酶(GGT)水平对预测冠心病患者冠状动脉病变程度的价值。方法选取2019年6月-2021年6月我院诊治的100例冠心病患者为观察组,并选取同期我院体检健康者100例为对照组,比较两组血清GGT水平及观察组不同病情(轻度、中度、重度)、不同分型(急性心肌梗死、不稳定型心绞痛、稳定型心绞痛)冠心病患者GGT水平,并分析血清GGT水平与冠心病病情程度的关系。结果观察组血清GGT水平为(52.13±3.98)U/L,高于对照组的(14.05±7.19)U/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);重度冠心病患者血清GGT水平为(60.10±9.40)U/L,高于轻度、中度患者的(54.34±4.20)U/L、(38.10±5.60)U/L,且中度患者高于轻度患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);急性心肌梗死患者血清GGT水平为(61.20±9.45)U/L,高于不稳定型和稳定型心绞痛患者的(54.38±4.30)U/L、(38.22±6.05)U/L,且不稳定型患者高于稳定型患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析显示,血清GGT水平与冠心病病情程度呈正相关(r=0.043,P<0.05)。结论血清GGT水平与冠心病患者冠状动脉病变密切相关,对冠心病危险分层、分型均具有重要的价值。 Objective To study the value of serumγ-glutamyltransferase(GGT)level in predicting the severity of coronary artery disease in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 100 patients with coronary heart disease diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the observation group,and 100 healthy people who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The serum GGT levels of the two groups and the GGT levels of patients with coronary heart disease of different conditions(mild,moderate,and severe)and different types(acute myocardial infarction,unstable angina,stable angina)in the observation group were compared,and the relationship between serum GGT levels and the severity of coronary heart disease was analyzed.Results The serum GGT level in the observation group was(52.13±3.98)U/L,which was higher than that in the control group(14.05±7.19)U/L,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum GGT level of patients with severe coronary heart disease was(60.10±9.40)U/L,which was higher than(54.34±4.20)U/L and(38.10±5.60)U/L of patients with mild and moderate coronary heart disease,and that of patients with moderate coronary heart disease was higher than that of patients with mild coronary heart disease,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum GGT level in patients with acute myocardial infarction was(61.20±9.45)U/L,which was higher than(54.38±4.30)U/L and(38.22±6.05)U/L in patients with unstable and stable angina pectoris,and unstable patients were higher than stable patients,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum GGT level was positively correlated with the severity of coronary heart disease(r=0.043,P<0.05).Conclusion Serum GGT level is closely related to coronary artery disease in patients with coronary heart disease,and has important value for risk stratification and classification of coronary heart di
