不同醋酸棉酚添加量对绵羊体外发酵参数的影响 被引量:3

Effects of different gossypol acetate additions on in vitro fermentation parameters of sheep

摘要 本文旨在研究不同棉酚添加量(0、125、250、500、750 mg/kg和1000 mg/kg)对绵羊体外发酵参数的影响,以期确定绵羊能够适应的最大棉酚含量。试验选取体况良好装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的绵羊3只进行体外发酵,测定产气量、pH、氨态氮、挥发性脂肪酸、干物质降解率和粗蛋白质降解率。结果表明:随棉酚添加量的增加各时间点产气量呈下降趋势,添加125 mg/kg棉酚时各时间点的产气量均与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05),48 h时250 mg/kg棉酚添加组产气量比对照组降低了24.46%。添加量大于250 mg/kg棉酚时各时间点的产气量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);随棉酚添加量的增加pH同产气量趋势;随棉酚浓度的增加氨态氮含量呈上升趋势,添加量大于250 mg/kg棉酚时氨态氮含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);乙酸、丙酸和丁酸含量随棉酚浓度的增加同产气量趋势,添加量大于250 mg/kg棉酚添加组的乙酸和丁酸含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);随棉酚浓度的增加48 h干物质降解率和粗蛋白质降解率同产气量趋势,添加量大于250 mg/kg棉酚添加组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。从此次体外发酵试验发现,棉酚添加量为0~1000 mg/kg,随棉酚添加量的增加,产气量、pH、干物质降解率、粗蛋白质降解率和挥发性脂肪酸含量均呈下降趋势,氨态氮呈上升趋势。125 mg/kg的棉酚添加量对瘤胃发酵无显著影响,超过250 mg/kg的棉酚添加量对瘤胃发酵有抑制作用。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different gossypol addition levels(0,125,250,500,750 mg/kg and 1000 mg/kg) on the in vitro fermentation parameters of sheep,so as to determine the maximum gossypol content that sheep can adapt to. Three sheep with permanent rumen fistula were selected for in vitro fermentation. The gas production,pH,ammonia nitrogen,volatile fatty acids,dry matter degradation rate and crude protein degradation rate were measured. The results showed that with the increase of gossypol content,the gas production at each time point showed a downward trend. When 125 mg/kg gossypol was added,the gas production at each time point was not significantly different from that of the control group(P > 0.05). When the gossypol content was greater than 250 mg/kg,the gas production at each time point was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05). With the increase of gossypol content,the pH showed the same trend as that of gas production. The ammonia nitrogen content increased with the increase of gossypol concentration,and the ammonia nitrogen content was significantly lower than that of the control group when the gossypol concentration was higher than 250 mg/kg(P < 0.05).The contents of acetic acid,propionic acid and butyric acid increased with the increase of gossypol concentration,and the contents of acetic acid and butyric acid in the group added with more than 250 mg/kg gossypol were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).With the increase of gossypol concentration,the dry matter degradation rate and crude protein degradation rate at 48 h showed the same trend with gas production. The addition of gossypol more than 250 mg/kg was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05). From the in vitro fermentation test,it was found that the addition amount of gossypol was 0~ 1000 mg/kg.
