含不同糖蜜的犊牛颗粒饲料存储品质变化规律研究 被引量:1

摘要 为研究不同糖蜜添加量的犊牛颗粒饲料在存储期间的品质变化规律,试验选取生产日期相近,糖蜜添加量为0%、5%、10%的犊牛颗粒饲料,采用内部塑料薄膜,外部聚酯材料的包装方式,置于成品库清洁干燥通风处。于存放的第0、1、2、3、4、5月,每月固定日期取样一次,将三种颗粒饲料分别打开1袋,取每袋样品上、中、下各500 g,混合均匀后,分成三份,检测其品质。结果表明:在整个试验存储期间,水分、盐分、粗灰分及水分活度含量均是:10%糖蜜组>5%糖蜜组>0%糖蜜组,即糖蜜添加量越高,饲料中的水分、盐分、粗灰分、水分活度的含量越高;粗蛋白质含量则相反,0%糖蜜组>5%糖蜜糖>10%糖蜜组,即糖蜜添加量越高,粗蛋白质含量越低。在整个存储期内,水分、水分活度略有下降,粗蛋白质含量缓慢增加;粗脂肪含量显著下降;盐分、钙、磷、粗灰分含量基本趋于稳定。粗纤维在存储第4个月略有升高之后趋于稳定,但是变化趋势不明显。脂肪酸值含量呈现出先升高再降低的趋势,过氧化值和丙二醛的变化规律基本一致,呈现出先增高再降低后趋于稳定或下降的变化态势。在整个存储期,脂肪酸值始终是10%糖蜜组>5%糖蜜组>0%糖蜜组,即糖蜜添加量越高,饲料中脂肪酸值的含量越高。而过氧化值和丙二醛的含量则不同,存储的前期(第1个月、第2个月),呈现出0%糖蜜组>5%糖蜜组>10%糖蜜组,即糖蜜的添加量越高,过氧化值和丙二醛的含量越低,存储2个月后,各组之间差距变小,含量趋于稳定和一致。5%糖蜜组和10%糖蜜组的霉菌总数均较0%糖蜜组高,但霉菌总数均小于4×10~4CFU/g。三种霉菌毒素中黄曲霉毒素的含量在整个存储期间均<3μg/kg;赤霉烯酮、呕吐毒素的含量均有所波动,但基本趋于稳定,且低于饲料卫生标准规定限值。综上,在本试验条件下,犊牛颗粒饲料中添加5%、10%糖蜜,存储5个月,不影� The aim of this study was to study the storage quality change of pellet feed for calves with different molasses supplemental levels. Pellet feeds of calves with similar production dates and 0%,5% and10% molasses were selected. The pellets were packaged with plastic film inside and polyester material outside,and placed in clean,dry and ventilated place of finished product warehouse. In the storage of0,1,2,3,4,5 months,the fixed date of sampling once a month,open one bag of the three kinds of pellet feed,take each bag of 500 g of feed,middle and bottom,mixed evenly,divided into three parts,test its quality. The results showed that during the whole storage period,the contents of moisture,salt,ash and water activity were as follows:10% molasses group >5% molasses group >0% molasses group,namely the higher the molasses supplemental level,the higher content of moisture,salt,ash and water activity in the feed. On the contrary,the crude protein content was 0% molasses group >5% molasses group >10% molasses group,namely the higher molasses supplemental level,the lower crude protein content. During the whole storage period, moisture content and water activity decreased slightly,while crude protein content increased slowly. Crude fat content decreased significantly;The content of salt,calcium,total phosphorus and ash tends to be stable. Crude fiber storage tended to be stable after a slight increase in the 4 month,but the change trend was not obvious. Fatty acid content showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,and the change rules of peroxide value and malondialdehyde were basically consistent,showing a trend of first increasing and then decreasing and then stabilizing or decreasing. During the whole storage period,the fatty acid value was always 10% molasses group >5% molasses group >0% molasses group,namely the higher molasses supplemental level,the higher fatty acid value content in the diet.
