摘要
三层金属液化天然气(LNG)全容罐的设计温度-196℃,工作温度-163℃,装置的运行及设计材料使用均属于超低温范围,任何天然气液体的泄露或泄露的迅速气化都会形成重大安全质量事故,所以对储罐本体绝热保冷施工质量要求极高。通过分析研究对罐底泡沫玻璃砖的施工平整度、罐壁珠光砂的填充方式、施工空气含水率均应进行质量控制,才能提高保冷效果降低储罐的日蒸发量。
The three layers of metal liquefied natural gas(LNG)tank design temperature to 196℃,all working temperature 163℃,the operation of the device and design materials used are ultra-low temperature range,no leaks of gas liquid or revealed the rapid gasification will form a major security quality accident,so the thermal insulation for cold storage tank ontology construction high quality requirements.Through analysis and research,quality control should be carried out on the construction flatness of foam glass brick at tank bottom,the filling method of pearlite sand on tank wall and the water content of construction air,so as to improve the cooling effect and reduce the daily evaporation of storage tank.
