摘要
钛合金具有密度低(如Ti-6Al-4V钛合金密度为4.5 g/cm^(3),是低碳钢的57%)、比强度高、耐腐蚀性好、弹性模量低、导热系数小、屈强比高(成形回弹大)等特性而被广泛应用于航空航天领域;超声探伤是控制钛合金原材料质量的重要检测方法之一。在对钛合金大规格棒材进行常规大平底计算法接触探伤时,由于大部分监控区域会被杂波信号掩盖,且检测信噪比低,存在缺陷漏检的风险。实验研究发现,使用相同棒料制作合理的对比试棒,利用对比试棒上的人工伤制TCG曲线作,然后用TCG曲线法对钛合金大规格棒材进行接触探伤,得到较好的检测信噪比;可以有效降低棒材的噪声水平,提高小缺陷的发现能力。
Titanium alloy is widely used in the aerospace field for its low density(such as Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy density of 4.5 g/cm^(3),is 57%of low carbon steel),high specific strength,good corrosion resistance,low elastic modulus,small thermal conductivity,high compressive strength ratio(forming rebound),and other characteristics.Ultrasonic flaw detection is one of the important testing methods to control the quality of titanium alloy raw materials.In the contact inspection of large titanium alloy bar with conventional large flat bottom calculation method,most of the monitoring area will be covered by clutter signal,and the detection signal to noise ratio is low,there is a risk of missing defects.The experimental results show that the TCG curve of human injury on the comparison bar is used to make a reasonable comparison bar with the same material,and then the TCG curve method is used to conduct contact flaw detection on the large size titanium alloy bar,and the better SNR is obtained.It can effectively reduce the noise level of the bar and improve the ability of finding small defects.
