摘要
新时代中国特色社会主义法治建设取得了历史性成就,但中国法治话语在国际社会的传播效果却不甚理想。法治话语英译是对外传播中国特色法治话语的重要途径,译者的主体意识和译介策略将直接影响译文的实效性及中国特色法治话语的国际传播效果。译者作为中国特色法治话语翻译的主体,应具备国家意识、法治意识、融合意识、接受意识和话语权意识,在译介过程中可采纳话语移植、话语糅合和话语重构等策略。
The construction of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics in the new era has made historical achievements,but the spreading effect of Chinese rule of law discourse in the international community is far from ideal.Translation is an important way to spread the rule-of-law discourse with Chinese characteristics,and the translator’s subject consciousness and translation strategies will directly affect the effectiveness of the translation and the international spreading effect of discourse with Chinese characteristics.As the subject of the translation of the rule-of-law discourse with Chinese characteristics,the translator should,in his or her translating,have the consciousness of the state,the rule of law,the integration,the acceptance and the right to speak,and adopt the strategies of discourse transplantation,discourse integration and discourse reconstruction.
