泉域复杂条件下土压平衡盾构智能装备与应用

摘要 济南市特殊的泉域地质结构对济南地铁的隧道施工装备提出了极高要求。虽然国内外盾构施工装备获得了较大发展,但是国内外尚无满足泉域复杂条件下盾构施工的技术与装备,影响了济南市地铁及轨道交通的发展。根据泉域复杂的地质条件,针对盾构隧道施工技术难题,结合大数据、物联网、云计算等新一代信息技术,攻克技术难关,研发了一系列土压平衡盾构智能装备。研发的土压平衡盾构智能装备主要应用于济南市泉域地层,攻克了穿越“富水高强灰岩”岩溶区等世界性难题,为“岩土交互、溶蚀”等复杂地质条件下隧道建设提供了良好示范。 The special geological structure of Jinan city in the spring area has put forward extremely high requirements for the tunnel construction equipment of Jinan metro. Although shield construction equipment at home and abroad has gained great development, there is no technology and equipment to meet the complex conditions of shield construction in the spring area at home and abroad before, which has affected the development of Jinan metro and rail transit. In this paper, according to the complex geological conditions in the spring area, we have overcome a number of technical difficulties and developed a series of earth pressure balance intelligent shield equipment for the construction of shield tunnels, which is mainly applied to the Jinan spring area, and overcome the problem of crossing the “water-rich and high-strength tuff” karst area. It provides a good demonstration for tunnel construction under complex geological conditions such as “rock-earth interaction and solution erosion”.
