摘要
金属铣削加工过程中不可避免地会出现一些毛刺,一般存在于工件的过渡位置或边缘,形状不规则。因此,去除毛刺一直是金属加工行业的难点。鉴于此,根据铣削加工中毛刺的形成规律,先采用正交试验法研究铣削加工中产生毛刺的影响因素,找出影响毛刺的主要因素,进而得出最小毛刺的工艺方案组合,最后分析应对铣削加工中产生毛刺的对策,提出要关注刀具材料、刀具结构及涂层等,从而科学设计铣削加工工艺。
Some burrs will inevitably form in the process of metal milling. These burrs generally exist in the transition position or edge of the workpiece, and the shape of the burrs is irregular. Burr removal has always been a difficulty in the metal processing industry. Therefore, based on the formation law of burr in milling, this paper uses orthogonal experimental analysis to study the influencing factors of milling burr, finds out the main factors affecting milling burr, and obtains the process scheme combination with the smallest burr in experimental milling. Finally, the countermeasures against milling burr are analyzed, the tool material,tool structure and coating are concerned, and the milling process is scientifically optimized.
