摘要
通过检测各抛丸砂厂家丸料疲劳寿命数据、耐磨性能等,评定低碳、高碳、合金抛丸砂的性价比,从而减能降耗,并为同行涂装线体抛丸机丸料选用提供相应的数据参考。
By testing the fatigue-life data and wear resistance of shot blasting materials from various shot blasting manufacturers,the cost performance of low carbon,high carbon and alloy shot blasting sand was determined,so as to reduce energy and consumption.And the corresponding data reference for the selection of shot materials of painting line body shot blasting machine was provided for professionals in this field.
