摘要 目的:以某新建医院的超融合虚拟化平台建设为例,探讨应用超融合架构对于医院数据中心虚拟化平台建设的可行性和优势。方法:通过对比超融合架构和传统常用架构的性能,结合国家卫生健康委员会开展的医疗信息互联互通标准化成熟度测评指标要求,分析新建医院信息化建设的特点以及性价比等因素,设计了符合新建医院需求的虚拟化平台建设方案,在具体建设中采用了基于VSAN延伸集群技术的超融合架构。结果:在基于超融合架构的虚拟化平台基础上的集群虚拟机之间可实现性能的自动调优,实现数据的双活保护,并且数据恢复的RPO远高于医院信息互联互通标准化成熟度测评方案中的最高标准要求。结论:超融合架构对于新建医院虚拟化平台建设具备良好的可行性、可靠性及可用性,希望可以为其他新建医院或院区信息化建设提供有价值的参考。 Objective To explore the feasibility and advantages of hyper-converged architecture applied to the construction of virtual platform of hospital data center, by taking the construction of hyper-converged virtual platform of a new hospital as an example. Methods By comparing the performance of hyper-converged and traditional architectures, combined with the requirements of the standardized maturity assessment index of medical information interoperability carried out by the National Health Commission, and analyzing the characteristics of the new hospital’s information construction and other factors such as cost performance, a virtual platform construction plan was designed that meets the needs of the new hospital, a hyper-converged architecture based on VSAN extended cluster technology was adopted in the specific construction. Results The hyper-converged architecture-based virtual platform enables automatic performance tuning between clustered virtual machines and dual-active data protection, and the RPO of data recovery is much higher than the highest standard requirement in the standardized maturity assessment program for hospital information interoperability. Conclusion The hyper-converged architecture has the advantages of high feasibility, reliability and availability for new hospitals’ construction of virtual platform, which hopefully can provide valuable references for the information construction of other new hospitals or hospital districts.
