摘要
面对供大于求的就业形势,诸多大学生面临毕业即失业的窘境。要想缓解饲料行业的就业压力,就要鼓励大学生积极参与饲料行业的创业中来,让大学生能在饲料行业创业过程中谋求生存并实现自我价值。虽然饲料行业的创业前景广阔,并且校企合作为更多的大学生提供了创业机会,但同时也应该注意到大学生在饲料行业创业中存在的优劣势问题。只有通过更加全面、客观地分析,才能有效降低大学生在饲料行业中的创业难度,从而提高大学生创业成功率。本文从校企合作的角度出发,对饲料行业大学生创业的可行性进行分析,力求将大学生的就业压力转化为创业动力,从而给饲料行业经济带来活力。
Facing the employment form of oversupply,many college students are facing the dilemma of unemployment after graduation.In order to alleviate the employment pressure of the feed industry,it is necessary to encourage college students to actively participate in entrepreneurship,so that college students can seek survival and realize self-worth in the entrepreneurial process of the feed industry.Although the entrepreneurial prospects of the feed industry are broad,and the cooperation between schools and enterprises provides entrepreneurial opportunities for more college students,we should also pay attention to the advantages and disadvantages of college students in the entrepreneurship of the feed industry.Only through a more comprehensive and objective analysis can we effectively reduce the difficulty of College Students'Entrepreneurship in the feed industry and improve the success rate of College Students'entrepreneurship.From the perspective of school enterprise cooperation,this paper analyzes the feasibility of entrepreneurship of college students in the feed industry,and strives to transform the employment pressure of college students into entrepreneurial power,so as to bring vitality to the economy of the feed industry.
