矿物基土壤调理剂对修复镉砷复合污染土壤及植株的作用 被引量:2

摘要 以矿物基土壤调理剂为主体,配合农艺措施,对Cd-As复合污染土壤进行修复改良。通过比较不同修复方法所得烟草产量、植株重金属含量及土壤理化性质等,探究适宜的复合污染修复方法。研究发现:矿物基土壤调理剂施用可以明显降低土壤中有效镉和有效砷含量,与对照相比,处理2(3750 kg·hm^(-2)矿物基土壤调理剂+深翻耕+常规施肥)和处理4(3750 kg·hm^(-2)矿物基土壤调理剂+深翻耕+有机硅)有效镉降幅超过15%,有效砷降幅超40%,均达到显著水平;烟叶中镉、砷含量都有所降低,与对照相比,处理4(3750 kg·hm^(-2)矿物基土壤调理剂+深翻耕+有机硅)下、中、上部烟叶镉含量分别降低39.85%,22.38%及14.59%,处理3(3750 kg·hm^(-2)矿物基土壤调理剂+有机硅)下、中、上部烟叶砷含量分别降低53.57%,28.57%及2.63%。此外,矿物基土壤调理剂施用可以在一定程度上增大烟叶产量,提升烟草质量与产值。 The cadmium-arsenic(Cd-As)compound polluted soil of tobacco soil was repaired and improved by the mineral based soil conditioner(MBSC)combined with agronomic measures.By comparing the yield of tobacco,the content of heavy metals in plants and the physical and chemical properties of soil repaired by different methods,the suitable remediation route of Cd-As compound pollution was explored.The results show that the application of MBSC can significantly reduce the contents of available Cd and As in soil.As compared with the control group,the contents of available Cd and As by treatment 2(3750 kg·hm^(-2) MBSC+deep tillage+regular fertilization)and treatment 4(3750 kg·hm^(-2) MBSC+deep tillage+organosilicon)decrease by more than 15%and 40%,respectively,both of which reach significant levels.The contents of Cd and As in tobacco leaves also decrease.In comparison with the control group,the contents of Cd in the lower,middle and upper leaves by treatment 4 decrease by 39.85%,22.38%and 14.59%,while the contents of As in the lower,middle and upper leaves by treatment 3(3750 kg·hm^(-2) MBSC+organosilicon)decrease by 53.57%,28.57%and 2.63%,respectively.In addition,the application of MBSC can increase the yield of tobacco to a certain extent,and improve the quality and output value of tobacco.
