摘要
针对装配式车辆段的结构特点,文中设计了一种用于地铁车辆段装配化施工的架梁机及其施工工法。其主要为八支腿双主梁结构形式,采用边装配边浇筑的施工方式。方案利用支腿伸缩和轮组转向功能,有效解决纵、横向过坎、过镂空、避让塔式起重机等复杂的施工环境;利用吊具回转功能解决梁片不规则排列的问题;通过载荷分配控制系统,有效解决设备载荷问题。该设备及施工工法在广州某车辆段的成功应用,对装配化施工专用设备的研发及地铁车辆段的装配化进程具有积极的作用。
Considering the structural characteristics of the assembled depot,this paper puts forward the design and construction method of a beam erecting machine for the assembly construction of metro depot.The machine is mainly an eight-leg double-girder structure,which adopts the method of assembling and pouring.By using the functions of leg extension and wheel set steering,the problems of running in complicated construction environments such as vertical and horizontal hurdle crossing,over-hollowing,avoiding tower cranes,etc.are effectively solved.The irregular arrangement of beams is solved by the slewing function of the spreader;Through the load distribution control system,the equipment load problem can be effectively solved.The successful application of this equipment and construction method in a depot in Guangzhou is of positive significance to the research and development of special equipment for assembly construction and the assembly development of metro depot.
