妊娠后期及泌乳期添加异黄酮-S对母猪繁殖性能、抗氧化能力、免疫功能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 本试验旨在探究母猪妊娠后期和泌乳期饲粮中添加异黄酮-S(ISO-S)对母猪繁殖性能、抗氧化能力、免疫功能的影响。选取健康长大二元母猪配种后,按照体况、胎次均衡的原则将20头母猪分为2组,每组10头母猪,每个重复1头。其中,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组(ISO-S组)饲喂在基础饲粮中添加40 mg/kg ISO-S的试验饲粮。妊娠第75天开展试验,试验期至断奶结束。结果显示:与对照组相比,1)饲粮中添加40 mg/kg ISO-S显著增加哺乳母猪平均日采食量(ADFI)(P<0.05),仔猪平均日增重(ADG)有提高的趋势,而窝总仔数、窝活仔数、仔猪初生个体重及平均日增窝重均无显著变化(P>0.05);2)饲粮中添加40 mg/kg ISO-S显著提高了母猪初乳中乳脂肪含量(P<0.05);3)饲粮中添加40 mg/kg ISO-S显著提高了母猪初乳中免疫球蛋白A(IgA)和分泌型免疫球蛋白(SIgA)的含量(P<0.05);4)饲粮中添加40 mg/kg ISO-S显著增加了母猪初乳总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及谷胱甘肽氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性(P<0.05),显著提高了14日龄仔猪血清CAT活性(P<0.05)。综上所述,母猪妊娠后期和泌乳期饲粮中添加ISO-S可改善其繁殖性能,增强母猪和仔猪的抗氧化能力和免疫功能。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary isoflavone-S(ISO-S)supplementation in late gestation and lactation on reproductive performance,antioxidant capacity and immune function of sows.A total of 20 healthy full-grown binary sows were mated and divided into 2 groups with 10 sows per group and 1 sow per replicate according to the principle of body condition and parity balance.The control group was fed a basic diet,and the experimental group(ISO-S group)was fed the diet supplemented with 40 mg/kg ISO-S in the basic diet.The experiment was conducted on the day 75 of gestation and lasted until the end of weaning.The results showed as follows:compared with control group,1)dietary supplemented with 40 mg/kg ISO-S significantly increased average daily feed intake(ADFI)of lactating sows(P<0.05),and average daily gain(ADG)of piglets tended to be increased,but there were no significant differences in number of total piglets per litter,number of live piglets per litter,birth weight of individual piglets and average daily litter weight gain(P>0.05);2)dietary supplemented with 40 mg/kg ISO-S significantly increased milk fat content in colostrum of sows(P<0.05);3)dietary supplemented with 40 mg/kg ISO-S significantly increased the contents of immunoglobulin A(IgA)and secretory immunoglobulin(SIgA)in colostrum of sows(P<0.05);4)dietary supplemented with 40 mg/kg ISO-S significantly increased total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),the activities of catalase(CAT),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione oxide enzyme(GSH-Px)in colostrum of sows(P<0.05).Serum CAT activity of piglets at 14 days of age was significantly increased(P<0.05).In conclusion,ISO-S supplementation in late gestation and lactation can improve the reproductive performance of sows and enhance the antioxidant capacity and immune function of sows and piglets.
