复方福尔可定糖浆联合布地奈德治疗支气管肺炎的临床效果及对患儿肺功能、炎症因子水平的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的分析复方福尔可定糖浆联合布地奈德治疗支气管肺炎的临床效果。方法将我院2018年1月至2020年12月收治的80例支气管肺炎患儿以治疗方案差异分为常规组(40例,布地奈德气雾剂雾化吸入治疗)和观察组(40例,复方福尔可定糖浆联合布地奈德气雾剂雾化吸入治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的每千克体重潮气量(VT/kg)、达峰时间比(TPTEF/TE)、第1秒最大呼气量占用力肺活量比值(FEV_(1)/FVC)大于常规组,呼吸频率(RR)小于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)水平低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论复方福尔可定糖浆联合布地奈德治疗支气管肺炎的临床效果显著,可改善患儿的肺功能及炎症因子水平。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of compound formalin syrup combined with budesonide in the treatment of bronchialpneumonia.Methods A total of 80 children with bronchialpneumonia admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were divided into routine group(40 cases,budesonide aerosol inhalation treatment)and observation group(40 cases,compound formalin syrup combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation treatment)according to different treatment schemes.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the tidal volume per kilogram of body weight(VT/kg),ratio of the time to reach peak tidal expiratiry flow to total expiratory time(TPTEF/TE)and forced expiratory volume in first second/forced vital capacity(FEV_(1)/FVC)in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group,and the respiratory rate(RR)was lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-17(IL-17)in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound formalin syrup combined with budesonide in the treatment of bronchopneumonia has a significant clinical effect,which can improve the pulmonary function and inflammatory factors levels of children.
