《家庭教育促进法》的实施与社会工作者的跟进

摘要 《中华人民共和国家庭教育促进法》于2022年1月1日正式实施,它是我国首次就家庭教育进行的立法,并将其从传统“家事”上升到重要“国事”。因此,《家庭教育促进法》的实施,对于完善家庭教育政策法规、构建儿童教育保护体系、明确社会工作专业地位、促进家庭教育理论研究等方面都具有重要意义。鉴于社会工作与家庭教育的契合性,社会工作者要充分发挥自己的专业优势,在家庭教育服务中扮演好服务提供者、弱势家庭的支持者和赋能者、社区氛围的倡导者、多方联动的协调者及政策实施的影响者,为亿万青少年的健康成长贡献力量。 The Family Education Promotion Law of the People’s Republic of China, which came into effect on Jan 1,2022, is the country’s first legislation on family education and elevates it from a traditional "family affair" to an important "state issue". Therefore, the implementation of the Family Education Promotion Law is of great significance for improving family education policies and regulations, constructing the child education protection system, clarifying the professional status of social work, and promoting the theoretical research of family education. According to the compatibility between social work and family education, social workers should give full play to their professional advantages and play a good role in family education services as service providers, supporters and enablers of vulnerable families, advocates of community atmosphere, coordinators of multi-parties and influencer of policies, so as to contribute to the healthy growth of hundreds of millions of young people.
