摘要
高校干部测评作为考核的重要环节,发挥着指挥棒的作用,能为高校选人用人提供坚强的数据支撑,为选拔任用好干部“量体裁衣”,在干部选拔、教育等工作中发挥着“方向标”的作用。目前高校干部测评工作依然采用传统纸质填写方式,统计分析方式主要以手工统计分析为主,科学性不强、重复统计率高,容易造成人力资源浪费并且人工统计出错率高等问题,未能高效统计分析测评结果。因此,研究设计基于网络的测评系统代替传统的测评方式是符合新时期学校高质量发展的要求,对提高干部管理工作的能效和科学测评具有实用意义。
As an important part of the assessment the evaluation of college cadres plays the role of a baton,which can provide strong data support for the selection and employment of colleges and universities,"tailor-made"for the selection and appointment of cadres,and plays a"direction indicator"in cadre selection and education."effect.At present,the evaluation work of cadres in colleges and universities still adopts the traditional paper filling method.The statistical analysis method is mainly based on manual statistical analysis,which is not scientific and has a high repetition rate of statistics,which is easy to cause waste of human resources and high error rate of manual statistics.Statistical analysis of evaluation results.Therefore,the research and design of a network-based evaluation system to replace the traditional evaluation method is in line with the requirements of high-quality development of schools in the new era,and has practical significance for improving the energy efficiency and scientific evaluation of cadre management.
