摘要
农产品冷链物流是推动乡村经济发展、带动区域经济建设的重要一环。通过实际调研和文献研究,梳理福建省农产品冷链物流的发展现状,全面分析了福建地区农产品冷链物流整体规划不健全、冷链物流基础存在不足、冷链物流企业品牌化和规范化有待提高、冷链物流市场监管和技术服务水平有待提高、农产品冷链物流人才匮乏等五大问题。根据存在问题,有针对性地提出优化福建省农产品冷链物流规划布局、增加对冷链物流的支持、推动冷链物流企业的优化升级、培养高质量复合型农产品冷链物流人才等五大促进福建省农产品冷链物流业快速发展的建设策略,进而对福建地区的冷链物流的发展起到积极的作用。
The cold chain logistics of agricultural products is an important part of promoting the development of rural economy and driving the construction of regional economy.Through actual investigation and literature research,this paper sorts out the development status of agricultural cold chain logistics in Fujian Province,and based on this,comprehensively analyzes the incomplete overall planning of agricultural cold chain logistics in Fujian,the lack of cold chain logistics foundation,and the branding of cold chain logistics enterprises.And standardization needs to be improved,cold chain logistics market supervision and technical service level needs to be improved,and the shortage of agricultural products cold chain logistics talents.According to the existing problems,five targeted promotions are put forward,including optimizing the planning and layout of agricultural cold chain logistics in Fujian Province,increasing support for cold chain logistics,promoting the optimization and upgrading of cold chain logistics enterprises,and cultivating high-quality compound agricultural cold chain logistics talents.The construction strategy of the rapid development of the cold chain logistics industry of agricultural products in the province has played a positive role in the development of the cold chain logistics in Fujian.
