HS-SPME-GS-MS分析广东刺芫荽不同部位挥发性成分

摘要 目的通过顶空固相微萃取法分析广东刺芫荽不同部位挥发性成分。方法采用顶空固相微萃取法(HS-SPME)和气相-质谱联用(GC-MS)对广东刺芫荽不同部位挥发性成分进行分析,用面积归一法计算每种成分的相对百分含有量。结果从广东刺芫荽的根、茎、叶分别鉴定出21、26、21种成分,分别占各部位挥发性成分总量的44.68%、47.27%、47.73%。三者共鉴定出42个化学成分,其中有4个共有的成分。挥发油主要由十二醛、酚醇类和烯烃组成。结论广东刺芫荽根、茎、叶的挥发性成分含量差异较大,其中以茎的挥发性成分最多。 Objective To analyze the volatile components in different positions of Guangdong coriander through headspace-solid-phase microextraction(HS-SPME).Methods HS-SPME and gas chromatographymass spectrometry(GC-MS)were used to analyze the volatile components in different positions of Guangdong coriander,and the relative percentage content of each component was calculated by the area normalization method.Results 21,26 and 21 components were identified from the roots,stems and leaves of Guangdong coriander,accounting for 44.68%,47.27%and 47.73%of the total volatile components in each position,respectively.A total of 42 chemical components were identified,including 4 common components.The volatile oil is mainly composed of dodecaldehyde,phenolic alcohols and olefins.Conclusion The contents of volatile components in the roots,stems and leaves of Guangdong coriander varies greatly,and the most volatile components are in the stems.
