摘要
目的了解2020年绵竹市某企业职业病危害因素种类及职工的健康监护状况,为后续职业健康管理提供科学依据。方法运用Excel2006和SPSS20.0整理分析2020年绵竹市某企业工龄在1年以上职工的职业健康体检结果。结果2020年该企业共检出疑似职业性噪声聋3例,职业禁忌证者11例,职业禁忌证总检出率为0.85%,其中职业禁忌证检出率位居前3位的是噪声、高温和粉尘。参与体检的831名职工中,胸部CT异常检出率为33.33%,且工龄<5年者异常检出率最低(P<0.05);B超异常检出率为55.35%,且工龄≥20年者异常检出率最高(P<0.05)。831名参与体检的职工中,血压异常检出率为16.13%,且工龄<5年者血压异常检出率最低(P<0.05);心电图异常检出率为19.37%;血常规、血糖及尿常规异常检出率分别为17.45%、0.84%和4.93%,且高温作业者血糖异常检出率最高(P<0.05),紫外辐射接触者尿常规异常检出率最高(P<0.05);肺功能、肝功能及纯音测听异常检出率分别为0.96%、18.77%和9.39%。粉尘对肺功能可产生显著影响(检出率为1.92%,P<0.05),噪声对纯音测听可产生显著影响(检出率为32.5%,P<0.05)。结论2020年绵竹市该企业职工的健康状态不容乐观,应重视粉尘、噪声及高温等职业病危害因素对职工健康的损害,并加强管理。
Objective To investigate the types of occupational hazard factors and the health monitoring status of employees in an enterprise in Mianzhu city in 2020,and to provide scientific basis for follow-up occupational health management.Methods Excel2006 and SPSS20.0 were used to analyze the occupational health examination results of employees with more than one year of service in an enterprise in Mianzhu city in 2020.Results In 2020,a total of 3 cases of suspected occupational noise deafness and 11 cases of occupational contraindications were detected in the enterprise.The total detection rate of occupational contraindications was 0.85%,among which the top 3 occupational contraindications were noise,high temperature and dust.Among the 831 employees who participated in the physical examination,the abnormal rate of chest CT was 33.33%,and the abnormal rate was the lowest among those with less than 5 years of service(P<0.05).The abnormal rate of B-mode ultrasound was 55.35%,and the abnormal rate was the highest in those with≥20 years of service(P<0.05).Among the 831 employees who took part in the physical examination,the rate of abnormal blood pressure was 16.13%,and the rate of abnormal blood pressure was the lowest among those less than 5 years of service(P<0.05).The abnormal ECG rate was 19.37%.The abnormal rates of blood routine,blood glucose and urine routine were 17.45%,0.84%,and 4.93%,respectively.The abnormal rates of blood glucose were the highest in high temperature exposed workers(P<0.05),and the abnormal rates of urine routine were the highest among those exposed to ultraviolet radiation(P<0.05).The abnormal rates of lung function,liver function,and pure tone audiometry were 0.96%,18.77%,and 9.39%,respectively.Further study showed that dust had significant influence on lung function(detection rate was 1.92%,P<0.05),and noise had significant influence on pure tone audiometry(detection rate was 32.5%,P<0.05).Conclusion The health status of the employees in the enterprise in Mianzhu city is not optimistic in 20
