摘要
在产品质量检验检测过程中,往往存在有很多干扰因素,我们一般无法在理想的检测条件和环境下得到测量数据。这些对测量数据产生影响的干扰因素均可看作为测量不确定度的来源。为了增加合理判定的权重,这就要求我们检测人员极力悉数找出测量不确定度的分量。该文依据GB 17945-2010《消防应急照明和疏散指示系统》和JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》标准要求,以放电终止电压为研究对象,判辨对消防应急灯具放电试验中放电终止电压的测量结果影响的因素,并对各个分量进行科学评定,最终得出放电终止电压的测量不确定度,为相关检测实验室提供参考。
In the process of product quality inspection,there are often many interference factors,and we generally cannot get the measurement data under the ideal inspection conditions and environment.These interference factors that affect the measurement data can be regarded as the source of measurement uncertainty.In order to increase the weight of reasonable judgment,it requires our testers to try their best to find out the components of measurement uncertainty.According to GB 17945-2010"Fire emergency lighting and evacuate indicating system"and JJF 1059.1-2012"Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement",this paper takes the discharge exhausted voltage as the research object,identifies the factors affecting the measurement results of discharge exhausted voltage in the discharge test of fire emergency luminaire,scientifically evaluates each component,and finally obtains the measurement uncertainty of discharge exhausted voltage,Provide reference for relevant testing laboratories.
