疫情下高职学前教育专业就业策略探究

摘要 新冠病毒肺炎疫情导致高职高专学前教育专业面临前所未有的就业困境。疫情期间,部分幼儿园和早教机构出现停办关闭状态,使本该实习就业的学生未能如期进行。同时,高职高专学前教育专业学生主观惰性心理和盲目性明显增强,成为错失就业机会的诱因。针对高职高专学前教育专业就业过程中出现的问题,理应制定科学合理可行的应对策略,渡过学前教育专业就业的困难期。多举措的有效实施,也为高职学前教育专业长足发展和改革创新打下坚实基础。 The COVID-19 pandemic has led to an unprecedented employment dilemma for preschool education specialty in higher vocational colleges.During the pandemic,some kindergartens and early education institutions were closed,which made it impossible for students to get internships and jobs as scheduled.At the same time,the increased subjective inertia and blindness of students majoring in preschool education lead to the loss of employment opportunities.In view of the problems in the employment process,it is necessary to formulate scientific,reasonable and feasible coping strategies to get through the difficult period of employment.The effective implementation of multiple measures also lays a solid foundation for the long-term development,reform and innovation of preschool education in higher vocational colleges.
