摘要 薪酬管理是企业人力资源管理的核心环节。科学合理的薪酬管理体系能够起到激励作用,有利于企业人力资源的高效整合,有利于提高企业核心人才竞争力,有利于促进企业的持续健康发展。文章在研究目前制造企业薪酬管理现状的基础上,总结了当前制造企业薪酬管理的现实困境,提出了优化制造企业薪酬管理的具体路径,以期为制造企业的良性发展提供借鉴。 Salary management is the core of enterprise human resource management.A scientific and reasonable salary management system can play a motivating role,which is conducive to the efficient integration of human resources of the enterprise,the improvement of the competitiveness of the core talents of the enterprise,and the promotion of the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise.On the basis of studying the current situation of salary management in manufacturing enterprises,this paper summarizes the current difficulties of salary management in manufacturing enterprises,and proposes a specific path to optimize salary management in manufacturing enterprises,in order to provide reference for the benign development of manufacturing enterprises.
