摘要
通过室温冷轧变形,研究变形孪晶对TWIP钢在饱和CO_(2)油田采出水模拟液中腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:TWIP钢的原始组织为单相奥氏体,经过冷轧变形,奥氏体晶粒中形成大量变形孪晶。在饱和CO_(2)油田采出水模拟液中,冷轧变形后的TWIP钢腐蚀电流密度减小,极化电阻R_(p)值增大,奥氏体晶粒中变形孪晶的大量形成,有效地提高了TWIP钢的耐蚀性。
The effects of deformed twinning on the corrosion resistance of TWIP steel in the simulation fluid for CO_(2) saturated water produced from oilfield are studied by cold rolling deformation at room temperature.The results show that the original microstructure of TWIP steel is single-phase austenite.After cold rolling,a large number of deformed twinning is formed in austenite grains.In the simulation fluid for CO_(2) saturated water produced from oilfield,the corrosion current density decreases and the polarization resistance R_(p) increases after cold rolling of TWIP steel.The deformed twinning formed in austenite grains in large number effectively improves the corrosion resistance of TWIP steel.
