摘要
目的:分析探讨延续性护理对前列腺癌患者术后尿失禁的影响。方法:选择2016年1月-2018年8月广州医科大学附属肿瘤医院收治的82例前列腺癌患者作为研究对象,所有患者均接受手术治疗,并按入院治疗时间分为对照组和研究组,每组各41例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上实施延续性护理,比较两组患者的临床应用效果。结果:干预6个月后,研究组心理状态、社会功能、躯体功能及疼痛情况评分均高于对照组,研究组尿失禁程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.604、5.520、3.514、3.143,P<0.05)。结论:延续性护理应用于前列腺癌手术患者中,可减少患者术后尿失禁发生率,提高其生存质量,具有良好的治疗辅助效果。
Objective:To analyze the effect of continuous nursing on postoperative urinary incontinence in patients with prostate cancer.Methods:A total of 82 patients with prostate cancer admitted to the hospital from January 2016 to August 2018 were selected as the research subjects.All patients received surgical treatment and were divided into control group and research group according to the time of admission and treatment,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,and the study group was given continuous care on the basis of the control group.The clinical application effect of the two groups of patients was compared.Results:After 6 months of intervention,the degree of urinary incontinence in the study group was lighter than that in the control group,and the scores of psychological state,social function,physical function and pain in the study group were all higher than those in the control group,and the degree of urinary incontinence in the study group was lighter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=4.604,5.520,3.514,3.143,P<0.05).Conclusion:Continued nursing in patients with prostate cancer surgery can reduce the incidence of postoperative urinary incontinence,improve their quality of life,and has a good therapeutic effect.
