摘要
华蟾素是以中华大蟾蜍或黑眶蟾蜍的阴干全皮为主要原料,提取制作而成的一种水溶性的制剂。研究表明华蟾素在结直肠癌、胃癌、膀胱癌、肾癌、前列腺癌、骨肉瘤等多种肿瘤细胞的增殖、迁移、侵袭、凋亡、自噬过程中发挥着重要作用。本文总结了近几年华蟾素对多种肿瘤抗癌机制的研究进展。
Cinobufagin is a water-soluble preparation extracted from the dried whole skin of Bufo bufogargarizans or Bufo Melanostictus Schneider.Studies have shown that cinobufagin plays an important role in proliferation,migration,invasion,apoptosis and autophagy of many kinds of tumor cells,including colorectal cancer,gastric cancer,bladder cancer,renal cancer,prostate cancer and osteosarcoma.This study summarized the research progress in the anti-cancer mechanism of cinobufagin for various tumors in recent years.
