摘要
为实现“双碳”目标,我国提出要构建以新型电力系统,抽水蓄能将进入跨越式发展阶段,这对水电从业者来说是巨大的机遇和挑战。本文首先介绍抽水蓄能电站地勘工作特点和“双碳”目标下抽水蓄能电站的建设发展情况,并阐述水电行业勘察设计现状,建议在抽水蓄能跨越式大发展时期,仍需坚持科学合理的水电站勘测设计周期,并从抽水蓄能电站全寿命周期出发,将基建和运维中的地质问题反馈到前期勘察设计工作中。
In order to achieve the"Double carbon goals",China proposes to build a new power system with new energy as the main body,and pumped storage will enter a stage of high-quality leapfrog development,which is a huge opportunity and challenge for hydropower practitioners.The paper first introduces the construction characteristics of pumped storage power stations and the construction and development of storage power stations under the"dual carbon goals",and analyzes the current status of survey and design of the hydropower industry,and suggests that in the period of leapfrog development of pumped storage,adhere to the scientific survey and design cycle of hydropower stations,starting from the whole life cycle of pumped storage power stations,and feedback the geological problems in infrastructure construction and operation and maintenance to the preliminary survey and design work.
