摘要
铁锈转化剂可将铁锈转化为具有保护作用的化合物,铁锈转化剂的使用可以降低表面处理工作强度,减少环境污染。本文归纳了在不同环境下产生的铁锈组成,概述了铁锈转化机理的研究进展,重点介绍了单宁类和磷酸类与铁锈不同成分的反应、按照配体的不同对铁锈转化剂进行了总结和归纳,并提出了铁锈转化剂未来研究的新思路。
Rust converters can convert rust into compounds with protective functions,and the use of rust converters can reduce the intensity of surface treatment work and reduce environmental pollution.This paper summarizes the composition of rust produced in different environments,overviews the research progress of rust conversion mechanism,highlighting the reactions of tannins and phosphates with different components of rust,summarizes and classifies the rust converters according to the different ligands,and proposes new ideas for future research on rust converters.
