摘要
体能训练对于北京冬奥会我国冰雪健儿取得优异成绩功不可没,在推动我国冰雪竞技运动纵深发展进程中扮演着日益重要的角色。以数理统计、文献综述为主要研究方法,既援引北京冬奥会周期我国自由式滑雪空中技巧项目运动员齐广璞、徐梦桃等通过科学系统的训练与评估而发生的良性嬗变,又围绕冰雪项目的专项体能训练对当代主流的体能训练理念和方法进行梳理。呼吁以体能训练理念“大视角”和“广视域“引领方法手段创新,为统筹抓好冰雪竞技运动的“核心部件”及“重要配件”提供有利条件,为决胜建成社会主义现代化体育强国贡献后冬奥会时代冰雪运动发展的体科融合释放创新之力。
Physical training significantly contributes a lot to the excellent performance of our snow and ice athletes at the Beijing Winter Olympics,and plays an increasingly important role in the process of promoting the in-depth development of our snow and ice sports.Using mathematical statistics and literature review as the main research methods,not only cites the benign evolution of China’s freestyle skiing aerial athletes Qi Guangpu and Xu Mengtao through scientific and systematic training and evaluation during the Beijing Winter Olympic Games cycle,but also sorts out the contemporary mainstream physical training concepts and methods around the special physical training of ice and snow events.It calls for innovation in methods and means guided by the physical training concept of"big perspective"and"broad vision",to provide favorable conditions for the overall planning of the"core components"and"important accessories"of ice and snow competitive sports,and to contribute to the integration and innovation of sports and science for the development of ice and snow sports in the post Winter Olympics era to build a socialist modern leading sports nation.
