摘要
引水灌溉工程是水利工程建设类型的重要组成部分,尤其在高原山区兴修水利时,引水工程建设显得尤为重要。贵州地质地貌复杂,山地多平原少,引水工程是水利工程建设中的重要类型之一。新中国成立初期,为恢复和发展国民经济,改善农业生产条件,贵州上马兴建了全省最大的引水工程即羊昌河引水灌溉工程。期间,人民政府的权威随着工程的推进而不断树立,翻身群众踊跃参与并高度认同,工程完工后产生了良好的经济社会效益,为下一步全省水利事业发展积累了宝贵经验。
The diversion and irrigation project is an important type of water project construction.In particular,in the water construction in the plateau mountain area,the diversion and irrigation project construction is particularly important.In Guizhou Province,geology and landform are complicated,there are a lot of mountains and few plains,and the diversion project is one of the important types in the water project construction.In the early stage after the founding of new China,to recover and develop the national economy and improve conditions of agricultural production,in Guizhou Province,the largest diversion project in the province was constructed,which was the Yangchang River Diversion and Irrigation Project.In this period,with the progress of the project,the authority of the new government was continuously established,and people actively participated in the project and highly rated it.After the completion of the project,good economic and social benefits were produced,accumulating valuable experience for the next step of the development of water conservancy in the whole province.
