摘要
目的探讨归肾丸加减治疗子宫内膜偏薄不孕症的效果。方法选取2018年1月—2021月4月江苏省苏州市相城区中医医院收治的60例子宫内膜偏薄不孕症患者为研究对象,依循奇偶数法分组,一组采用西药常规治疗(30例,对照组)、一组采用西药联合归肾丸治疗(30例,试验组),用药后对比2组的疗效。结果试验组总有效率为96.67%(29/30),高于对照组的80.00%(24/30)(P<0.05)。试验组用药后的子宫内膜厚度、卵泡直径、性激素水平等,优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在西药治疗的基础上,联合归肾丸加减治疗子宫内膜偏薄不孕症,可增厚子宫内膜,改善子宫内膜容受性,从而提高妊娠率,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To explore the effect of Guishen pill in the treatment of infertility with thin endometrium.Methods From January 2018 to April 2021,60 cases of infertility with thin endometrium in Xiangcheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected for the study.According to the odd even number methods,one group was treated with conventional western medicine(n=30 cases,the control group),and the other group was treated with western medicine combined with Guishen pill(n=30 cases,the experimental group).After treatment,the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than that of the control group 80.00%(24/30)(P<0.05).The endometrial thickness,follicle diameter and sex hormone level of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of western medicine treatment,combined with Guishen pill in the treatment of infertility with thin endometrium can thicken endometrium,improve endometrial receptivity,and thus improve pregnancy rate,which has clinical promotion value.
