知-信-行模式健康教育对食管癌患者健康行为的影响 被引量:1

Influence of Knowledge-Belief-Action Model Health Education on Health Behavior of Patients with Esophageal Cancer

摘要 目的探讨知-信-行模式健康教育对食管癌患者健康行为影响。方法方便选择2017年6月—2018年6月福建医科大学附属肿瘤医院收治的食管癌患者150例,将其随机分为研究组(n=75)和对照组(n=75),对照组实行常规健康教育,研究组实行知-信-行健康教育方法。比较两组的疾病知识评分、遵医嘱情况、健康行为情况。结果研究组患者对于食管癌原因、饮食要求、日常生活要求、情绪管理的评分分别为(16.20±2.58)分、(17.98±3.02)分、(16.10±2.69)分、(17.29±3.08)分,明显高于对照组([12.46±2.30)分、(14.32±2.36)分、(11.45±2.24)分、(12.69±2.87)分],差异有统计学意义(t=9.371、8.270、11.504、9.463,P<0.05)。研究组患者的遵医嘱比例为98.67%,而对照组为84.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.191,P<0.05)。研究组患者的戒烟、禁酒,定时进行肺功能,保证睡眠质量,正确认识食管癌,相信治疗方法,心态积极、乐观等健康行为养成情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=13.636、14.234、14.620、14.025、14.769、9.358,P<0.05)。结论知-信-行模式健康教育对食管癌患者健康行为的效果显著,有助于提高患者对疾病相关知识的了解掌握度、患者的自我遵医嘱效果,并且患者的各项健康行为情况均改善明显,可以广泛应用和推广。 Objective To discuss the effect of knowledge-belief-action model health education on health behavior of patients with esophageal cancer.Methods A total of 150 patients with esophageal cancer who were admitted to Fujian Medical University Affiliated Cancer Hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into the study group(n=75)and the control group(n=75).The control group practiced routine health education,while the study group practiced the knowledge-belief-practice health education method,the scores of disease knowledge,compliance with doctor´s orders,and health behavior were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of patients in the study group on the causes of esophageal cancer,dietary requirements,daily life requirements,and emotional management were(16.20±2.58)points,(17.98±3.02)points,(16.10±2.69)points,and(17.29±3.08)points,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of the control group[(12.46±2.30)points,(14.32±2.36)points,(11.45±2.24)points,(12.69±2.87)points],and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.371,8.270,11.504,9.463,P<0.05).The proportion of patients in the study group following doctor´s orders was 98.67%,while that in the control group was 84.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=10.191,P<0.05).The patients in the study group were better than those in the control group in terms of quitting smoking and drinking alcohol,performing regular lung function tests,ensuring sleep quality,having a correct understanding of esophageal cancer,believing in treatment methods,and positive and optimistic attitude,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=13.636,14.234,14.620,14.025,14.769,9.358,P<0.05).Conclusion The health education of the knowledge-belief-act model has a significant effect on the healthy behavior of patients with esophageal cancer,which helps to improve the patients´understanding of the disease-related knowledge and the patients´selfobservation effect.The health behaviors have impr
