摘要
目的:探讨研究温针联合红外线、活血消肿利膝汤治疗慢性期膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效及对疼痛感、预后的影响。方法:选取深圳市宝安区人民医院2019年6月-2020年6月收治的80例慢性期膝骨性关节炎患者,随机分成两组,对照组患者应用常规的药物治疗干预,研究组患者应用温针联合红外线、活血消肿利膝汤进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后临床症状评分变化情况及血清细胞因子水平变化情况。结果:与治疗前相比,两组治疗后头晕耳鸣、腰膝酸痛、动作牵强、活动不利、关节隐痛评分均有所下降(P<0.05),与对照组相比,研究组治疗后头晕耳鸣、腰膝酸痛、动作牵强、活动不利、关节隐痛评分均更低(P<0.05);与治疗前对比,两组治疗后的白细胞介素(Interleukin,IL)-1水平均有所下降,胰岛素样生长因子1(Insulin-like Growth Factor 1,IGF-1)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子-2(Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor 2,BFGF-2)、转化生长因子-β(Transforming Growth Factor-β,TGF-β)水平均有所升高(P<0.05),与对照组相比,研究组治疗后IL-1水平均更低,IGF-1、FGF-2、TGF-β水平均更高(P<0.05)。结论:通过温针联合红外线、活血消肿利膝汤对慢性期膝骨性关节炎进行治疗后,患者的全身功能可得到较好的调理,IL-1细胞因子水平有所抑制,IGF-1、BFGF-2、TGF-β因子水平有所调高,对患者临床症状改善明显,应用效果明显,可在临床应用推广。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of warming acupuncture plus infrared ray and the Huoxue Xiaozhong Lixi decoction(活血消肿利膝汤)on chronic knee osteoarthritis,as well as its effect on pain and prognosis.Methods:A total of 80 patients with chronic knee osteoarthritis treated from June 2019 to June 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional drug treatment intervention,and the patients in the study group were treated by warm acupuncture plus infrared and the Huoxue Xiaozhong Lixi decoction.The changes of clinical symptom scores and serum cytokine levels in the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:Compared with before treatment,the dizziness and tinnitus,sore waist and knee,far fetched movement,adverse activity,and the scores of joint pain were decreased in two groups(P<0.05),and in the study group after treatment were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of IL-1 was decreased,and IGF-1,BFGF-2 and TGF-βwere lower in the two groups(P<0.05),and in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:After the treatment of chronic knee osteoarthritis by warming acupuncture plus infrared ray and the Huoxue Xiaozhong Lixi decoction,the patient’s systemic skills can be better regulated,the level of IL-1 cytokines is inhibited,and the levels of IGF-1,BFGF-2 and TGF-βhas been increased,the clinical symptoms of patients have been ameliorated significantly,and the application effect is obvious,which can be popularized in clinical application.
