摘要
一级高血压病处于原发性高血压病的初始阶段,近来发病率呈上升趋势。文章基于辨体质偏颇与证型特点的角度,并根据体质与证候的相关性分析,将一级高血压病及其发病人群归纳为四种证型和七种体质。中医学在治疗一级高血压病上有着丰富的用药经验,文章通过论述古今医家在不同证型和体质上的用药特点,为系统论治一级高血压病提供新思路、新方法。
Grade 1 hypertension is in the initial stage of essential hypertension,and the incidence rate is increasing recently.In this paper,based on the distinguishing physique bias and the characteristics of syndrome types,and according to the correlation between physique and syndrome,grade 1 hypertension and its incidence population were classified into four syndrome types and seven constitutions.TCM has rich experience in the treatment of grade 1 hypertension.This article provides new ideas and new methods for the systematic treatment of grade 1 hypertension by discussing the medication characteristics of ancient and modern doctors for different syndrome types and physiques.
