摘要
公安院校公安专业学生综合素质和实战能力的全面提升,有赖于学习质量的提升。该文基于实证研究表明,职业认同感对深层法的使用具有正向影响,有助于提升公安院校公安专业学生的学习质量。课堂感知作为其中的中介变量,一方面对深层法的使用具有正向影响,提示教育管理者应更加关注优化学生在课堂上的学习体验;另一方面,课堂感知在职业认同感对深层法的影响中起部分中介作用。只有落实到课堂教学,学生对于职业的热情才能真正转化为自觉主动的学习效果,从根本上提高学生的学习质量。
The overall improvement of the students'comprehensive quality and practical ability depends on the improvement of learning quality.Based on empirical research,this paper shows that professional identity has a positive impact on the use of deep method,which is helpful to improve the learning quality of police students in police colleges and universities.On the one hand,teaching perception has a positive influence on the use of deep method,which suggests that educational administrators should pay more attention to optimizing students'learning experience in class.On the other hand,teaching perception plays a partially mediating role in the influence of professional identity on deep approach.Only when it is applied to classroom teaching,students'enthusiasm for their careers can be truly transformed into a self-conscious and active learning effect and fundamentally improve the quality of students'learning.
