Analysis of 5497 fluorescence quantitative PCR results of human cytomegalovirus in Ningbo area

摘要 目的分析本院送检的尿液和血清标本中人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)DNA实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(FQPCR)的检测结果,了解宁波地区孕妇及儿童患者中HCMV感染的状况。方法回顾性分析本院5497例尿液和血清样本的HCMV DNA的FQ-PCR结果,运用SPSS 20.0软件对结果进行对比分析。结果孕妇HCMV DNA总阳性率为0.00%。儿童为7.50%,女婴阳性率高于男婴(P<0.05);不同年龄组儿童的HCMV DNA阳性率进行比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),>28 d~1岁组阳性率(22.67%)最高。2种标本HCMV DNA阳性率不同,尿液标本的阳性率(10.21%)高于血清标本的阳性率(0.79%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同一患者采集不同标本类型HCMV DNA阳性率的比较,尿液阳性率(29.70%)高于血清阳性率(4.95%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。>1岁~6岁儿童不同BMI指数的HCMV DNA阳性率的不同,肥胖组HCMV DNA阳性率(1.40%)低于偏瘦组(6.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿童不同年龄组中>28 d~1岁组HCMV DNA阳性率最高,是巨细胞病毒感染的重点监测对象;尿液HCMV DNA阳性率高,可考虑作为巨细胞病毒感染的重要检测标本类型。 Objective To analyze the detection results of human cytomegalovirus(HCMV)DNA by real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(FQ-PCR)in urine and serum samples from our hospital,and investigate the status of HCMV infection in pregnant women and children in Ningbo area.Methods The FQ-PCR results of 5497 urine and serum samples of HCMV DNA in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,and the results were compared and analyzed by SPSS 20.0software.Results The total positive rates of HCMV DNA in pregnant women and children were respectively 0.00%and7.50%.The positive rate of girls was higher than boys(P<0.05).The positive rate of HCMV DNA in children of different age groups was compared,and there was statistical significance on the differences(P<0.05).The positive rate of>28 d-1year old group(22.67%)was the highest.The positive rate of HCMV DNA was different between the two samples,and the positive rate of urine samples(10.21%)was higher than that of serum samples(0.79%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of HCMV DNA in urine(29.70%)was higher than that in serum(4.95%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of HCMV DNA in children with BMI>1 year old-6years old was different.The positive rate of HCMV DNA in obese group(1.40%)was lower than that in lean group(6.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Among the HCMV DNA positive samples,the positive rate of>28 d-1 year old infants was the highest,which was the key target for monitoring cytomegalovirus infection.Urine has a high positive rate of HCMV DNA and can be considered as an important specimen type for cytomegalovirus infection.
