相控断路器对机车动车电气系统可靠性的提升作用

Role of phase-controlled circuit breakers in improving reliability of locomotive/motor car electrical system

摘要 机车/动车主断路器随机合闸会在变压器上产生涌流,涌流中的谐波造成网压与变压器二次侧电压发生畸变,同时对弱电设备产生电磁干扰;主断路器随机分闸时产生的过电压,会损伤车载设备的绝缘、对弱电设备造成电磁干扰。相控分合真空断路器能够从源头抑制涌流与过电压,减少车网谐波谐振概率,降低电磁干扰,净化车载设备的电气环境,提高机车/动车电气系统的可靠性。 The random closing of the main circuit breaker of the locomotive/motor car will generate inrush currents on the transformer,and the harmonics in the inrush current will cause the voltages of the grid and the transformer secondary side to be distorted,and at the same time produce electromagnetic interference to the weak current equipment;The overvoltage generated when the main circuit breaker is randomly switched off will damage the insulation of the on-board equipment and cause electromagnetic interference to the weak current equipment.The phase-controlled switching vacuum circuit breaker can suppress the inrush currents and overvoltages from the source,reduce the harmonic resonance probability of vehicle network,reduce electromagnetic interference,purify the electrical environment of on-board equipment,and improve the reliability of locomotive/motor car electrical system.
