传统生料法与熟料法手工竹纸性能差异研究 被引量:2

摘要 本色竹纸是存世古籍最常见的纸张类型,按其制浆及造纸工艺可分生料法和熟料法两类。本课题检测了福建3家纸坊出产的3种生料竹纸和3种熟料竹纸的基本物理化学性能、光学性能、力学性能和纤维显微形态等指标,多角度考察生料法竹纸与熟料法竹纸在理化性能方面的差异,特别是两种纸样在耐久性相关指标方面的差别。结果表明,熟料竹纸在D65亮度、返黄值、冷抽提pH值、卡伯值等耐久性相关的理化指标方面具有明显优势,更符合古籍修复用纸的质量需求;生料竹纸的伸缩稳定性更好,但耐久性能不及熟料竹纸。研究结果为深入了解古籍文献载体材料的理化特性,制定有针对性的保存保护对策,以及选配合适的古籍修复用纸提供了参考。 Unbleached bamboo paper is the most common type of paper in ancient books. According to the pulping and papermaking process,it can be divided into two types:uncooked process and cooking process. The basic physicochemical,optical,mechanical properties,and fiber microscopic morphology of 3 kinds of uncooked and cooked bamboo papers produced by 3 paper workshops from Fujian province were tested. The physicochemical properties of bamboo papers prepared from uncooked and cooking processes were investigated,especially their differences in durability. The results show that the cooked paper has obvious advantages in D65 brightness,post color number,pH value,Kappa number,and other durability related physicochemical indexes,rendering it the more suitable restoration material for ancient books. The dimensional stability of uncooked paper is better but the durability is not as good as that of cooked paper. The results provide references for indepth understanding of the physicochemical properties of the materials of ancient books,formulating targeted preservation and protection countermeasures,and selecting appropriate restoration paper for ancient books.
